with my mother retiring as a Commander in the United States Navy and my father and grandfather serving in the Coast Guard. In my own life, I lived with many different service members in college, connecting further as teammates playing rugby and later playing men’s league.
During this time I made lasting friendships and shared many hardships, attending the funerals of those lost overseas and at home to suicide; shaping both my life and awareness to what it means to serve.
Now in my career as a clinician, I have the privilege of working with both veteran and active service members. My door is always open to you.
Sincerely,
David
