OUR VERIFICATION PROCESS
Prior To Scheduling your consultation or intake session…
we will verify that your insurance is active, that your plan is accepted by our office, that your plan includes tele-health coverage, outline what is covered, and what you may owe (copays, coinsurance, and deductibles).
Turnaround Time…
between submitting your insurance information and being contacted with coverage details is typically 1-3 business days.
Clients who choose to start right away with intake forms are usually schedule for their intake session within 3-7 business days after MCL receives their completed packet(s) depending on open availability.
Additional information may be requested…
before your official intake session to verify insurance details. For every client, we will need a copy of both sides of your insurance card(s) and a photo ID. This can be shared at the time of your first intake session (this is not needed for free consultations).
