What are your office hours?

Mondays (4pm - 8pm), and Tuesday - Thursday (1pm - 8pm) with the last session starting at 7pm. Sessions are 50min. and start on the hour. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your session.

MLC has an after-hours receptions available to take your calls.


How Does tele-therapy work?

Your provider will email you a private link to join the tele-therapy session. Follow the link and your provider will invite you into the meeting from the virtual waiting room. We advise that you find a private quiet space where you feel most comfortable and many people use earbuds for their sessions (this is not required).

All clients need to have a signed Tele-health consent form prior to meeting virtually. We use a secure HIPAA compliant system (TheraNest) for all of our virtual sessions.


What insurance can MLC accept?

What Other forms of payment do you accept?

Why do I have to place a card on file?

For your convenience, we require that all clients place a card on file in order to streamline their payment options . Your card on file will be charged by MLC the same day of service for the amount(s) owed on: copays and/or self-pay.

Deductibles and coinsurance are paid after insurance processing is complete, typically 2-3 weeks after the date of service. We offer a quote of coverage with an estimated amount ahead of time so you can choose if this option is best for you or if you wish to opt for our self-pay plan.

If choosing to pay down your insurance’s deductible plan, you are (100%) fully responsible for the entire amount that insurance says is owed.


What is your covid policy?

Our office provides Tele-therapy services, yet if you’re not feeling well enough for your session, please reach out to us so we can reschedule or cancel your session. We will not ask about your vaccination status.


do you work with families?

Our provider works with adults and other adult family members. Please discuss this with your provider during your first visit.


DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN?

(No) At this time, our scope of practice does not include working with children.

Will I be assigned a diagnosis after being seen?

(Yes) billing insurance requires that a diagnosis is formulated and submitted.

(Yes) if using self-pay it remains best practice to assign a working diagnosis while seeking services.


will you talk with my prescriber, or Primary care doctor?

(Yes) however any communication outside of the office will require the completion of our ROI paperwork.


Is you office close for National Holidays?

(Yes) Our office is closed during the major holidays listed below:
